A Family Holiday at Villa Riviera

Villa Riviera in Cannes is a great place for a Family Holiday. We have three Children ourselves and visit the Villa during school holidays whenever possible.

There is plenty to see and do whilst there; a large selection of beaches and coves, it's possible to go to a different beach each day during a 2 week holiday, all within a 20min drive. St. Tropez, St. Maxime, Nice, Monte Carlo are all within a 1 hour drive and great destinations for a day out. Carosel, tourist train rides, water slide park, sailing, pedelo rides, go-karting, a large equatic park, and so the list goes on. There is a veriety of leaflets in the Lounge which have been acumulated by visitors in the past.

Within a 10 min walk of the Villa is the centre of Le Cannet which has about half a dozen restaurants surrounding an old market square, where they place their table and chair for outdoor eating. With very little passing traffic and plenty of space in the square, it is a great place to eat with the Children and they can play in the square whilst waiting for the next course or perhaps for Mum and Dad to finish their wine.

The Villa has been made as safe as possible for Children both from a potential injury point of view and from a security point of view. No Villa is completeley safe for Children but we have done all we think is necessary and have had no accidents in over 6 years.

The Villa is located at the bottom of a steep drive, on a no-through road, so we get no traffic at all. There is parking for a couple of cars, right by the front door of the Villa.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a fence/wall however, please do not allow Children to be inside the pool enclosure unattended at any time.

The balcony ahas a minimum 4’ high railing. There is a travel cot at the Villa which you are welcome to use if required.
